More About Dan and Lisa Graham
Dan and Lisa founded Notley in 2015. Notley is a catalyst for social innovation with a mission to scale and support businesses, nonprofits, individuals, and programs making positive change in the world. As alumni of The University of Texas at Austin, both Lisa and Dan are motivated by social innovation and entrepreneurial activity.
Lisa’s experience ranges from working political campaigns to consulting school districts on public school finance. Dan Graham co-founded BuildASign.com while still a student at UT in 2005. It was purchased by Cimpress (VistaPrint) in 2018 for $280M.
But it’s their desire to give back to the community that motivates them, and was in their DNA while still at UT. As a native Austinite, Dan personally gives back to the Austin community through participation on the Board of Directors for numerous philanthropic organizations including Austin Community Foundation, Glasshouse Policy, and The Long Center among others. He also acts as a mentor to aspiring young entrepreneurs working with Capital Factory and SKU, and is a member of the 2016 Class of Henry Crown Fellows and the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
Lisa actively gives back to the Austin community and is on the Board of Directors of Annie’s List, Friends of the Children, and the ABC Kite Festival. She is also on the Advisory Board for the Huston-Tillotson School of Business and Technology.
