On an 8 minute rolling clock you will spend the first 4 minutes completing a maximum power output ground to overhead.
You will then have 1 minute rest before hitting a max distance row from 5 to 8 minutes.
Score = (Weight on bar in KG x Reps) + Distance rowed in meters.
