This video is for moms/women who have terrible balance and don’t know where to start. This video is meant to be a place for you to start. So it’s simple just begin and remember that you need to start somewhere. It doesn’t have to be fancy.

Please remember to start with my warm up video to create some internal heat and get the whole body moving and loose. This will produce the best results. And yes it must be daily. A little will go a long way.
