CHAMP was second in the Ballymore at last year’s Festival and had shown promise in two wins over fences before he fell in the Dipper Chase. His main rival on paper is MINELLA INDO, the winner of the Albert Bartlett at last year’s meeting who broke his duck at Navan last time. ALLAHO was behind Minella Indo twice last season and was a wide margin winner at Fairyhouse and looks to be another big contender whilst the home charge could be led by Renyoldstown Chase winner COPPERHEAD.
