Without experiencing that creeping onset of uneasiness that emerges into overwhelming fear, accompanied by a terrible feeling of suffocation and uncontrollable heart beat, and with the feeling of dying or losing your mind, it is impossible to convey how debilitating panic disorder can be.
When panic attacks first started affecting my way of life I remembered that during a time of crisis a decade ago, I found lemon juice was a natural tonic and therapy I used to assist me in my darkest days.
