Owen Paterson - Fishing MUSTN'T be mixed into wider trade talks

Owen Paterson is absolutely right. Fishing MUSTN'T be mixed up in the wider trade talks as the EU is desperate to do.

They are desperate because we can AUTOMATICALLY take back control of our £6-8bn industry

To do so the government must;
~ NOT roll over current EU access & quota shares.

~ Have COMPLETE freedom from the CFP.

~ Have limited ANNUAL access or quota swaps ONLY when the UK receives a reciprocal value of fishing opportunities.
