The goal of fitness-speed exercise is to develop players 'speed skills, players' ability to react quickly to opponents and their movement. We require players to make a quick decision to change the direction of running in either sprint with maximum intensity to either side. Players are motivated by an entertaining form of exercise where players in a one-on-one competition.
The exercise is designed for all youth ages, most often it will be used by older pupils and adolescents. It can also be managed by younger pupils or is an interesting diversification of adult speed training (male / female).
The exercise is designed for 2-18 players.
