It is normally believed that the activities we generally do are hindrances in the path of spirituality because they increase our ego and make us restless. However, if we can change our perspective and think that it's a chance, an opportunity to serve mankind and we perform the work accordingly without any selfish motive, then those actions do not become hindrances in our spiritual development. On the contrary, they help us to to cleanse our mind and develop spiritually.
