At least Cars 3, while not perfect or amazing, did raise my views in how this movie does much better than the first film. With Toy Story 4, i felt disappointed than pleased. it had potential, but it was more of a blatant Toy Story film that screws character development, gives us generic new ones apart from Gabby Gabby and Giggles McDipples, and the story becomes a repeated fomula of Toy Story and the second film.
I got Cars 3 on DVD, but i'm not going to get this one.
