The Philippine government wants to make sure Filipinos in Middle East countries with no mandatory repatriation orders are also safe. Hans Leo Cacdac, the administrator of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration says they will be heading for Saudi Arabia and Kuwait soon to meet with Filipino officials and leaders there.
