Choosing a Decision Notebook - Midori Idea Diary A5

Choosing a Decision Notebook - Midori Idea Diary A5 In this video I test out a Midori Idea Diary in A5 size to use as a Decision Notebook as described in the book, Atomic Habits. This was the third notebook I interviewed for the job .. the other two had major bleed thru issues but this Midori notebook had absolutely no bleed thru and only normal ghosting. Special thanks to pen friend T.D. for the notebook and cover which is finally getting an important purpose in my journal line up!

I also talk about a thrift store find that I passed up, regretted not getting, and went back 4 days later and found the notebooks had not sold yet! So I show you that purchase and talk about my Nock Tallulah pen case I've been enjoying for a long time now and how much I can stuff into it.

As I apply my choice to try a Depth Year for 2020 (going deep with the stuff I already have and limiting the incoming "stuff" ...) I run into many decisions so when I read about the practice of keeping a decision journal it really resonated with me. Even the choice of whether to purchase the Rhodia notebooks offers me some interesting insights! I hope an idea or two will inspire you in your quest to enjoy your pens and notebooks!!! Thank you for watching!
