Photography is not a crime. Security guards are not the police and do not have the authority to tell you to leave from a public sidewalk. There has been many cases were security guards approach people and the public off of their private property to tell people what and where ago. It is time for people to understand that photography is not a crime and people do not have the authority to give you directives in public.
In this video you will see several employees of the Amazon fulfillment center approach us as we were out there filming from a public sidewalk. One guard goes as far as to tell us that we had to leave and that filming was not allowed in their direction. What is put important to remember is that your eyes can not be trust passed and neither can the vision of my camera.
