How To Add A Lot of Wood Storage Space to a Small Garage Workshop

Finding room to store lumber or wood in a small one car garage workshop can be challenging to say the least. If you have not used the space about your garage door rails, maybe you can. How else can you find 72 sq ft of wood storage in a 200 sq ft. workshop? This is one of the best things I have done with my garage layout. This frees up so much room.

I misspoke about the sizes of the support beams - you would use 2 x 10's or 2 x 12's. I said 2 x 6 and that is obviously a slip of the tongue or brain.
