The Hon Daniel Janner QC (President Michaelmas 1978) is a criminal defence lawyer. He is a Bencher of Middle Temple. He founded FAIR (falsely accused individuals for reform) after his father, the late Lord Janner (President Lent 1952) was falsely accused of sexual offences.

Paul Gambaccini was born in the Bronx on April 2, 1949. He graduated from Dartmouth College, where he was General Manager of WDCR, then the nation’s largest radio station run by students.
Paul is the only broadcaster to have had his own series on BBC Radios 1, 2, 3 and 4. His thousands of television appearances include regular slots on BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV, Channel 4 and Sky. Paul has been named Philanthropist of the Year and is in both the Radio Academy Hall of Fame and the British Softball Federation Hall of Fame. Paul and Daniel will be speaking about falsely accused individuals for reform, and analysing how the criminal law should approach accusations of sexual assault.
