During my first 2-month journey through South East Asia, I only spent approx. $3500. I was travelling together with my best friend and we never really had an eye on our budget, because we told ourselves that we'll fly back when our money is too little to travel further. Then, the next time I spent alone and with my girlfriend in Asia, overall I could live with $3800 for 4 months!! If you have any questions, feel free to ask as much as you want!
