‘You feel useful’: Prison work camp helping inmates prepare for life on the outside | ABC News Western Australia has the nation's highest incarceration rate, but at the state's prison work camps the aim is to reverse that trend.

In the remote community of Warburton, prisoners at the work camp say it is helping them to prepare for life on the outside, though the odds are against them.
