Champagne Turkey This is a must have at your Thanksgiving table!

Champagne Turkey
Ingredients:
* 14lb Turkey
* 1 orange
* Onions
* Carrots
* Celery
* Fresh herbs
* Lemon grass
* Champagne
* Lemon juice
* Orange juice
* Garlic cloves
* Ground thyme
* Montreal chicken seasoning
* Garlic powder
* Onion powder
* Butter
* Parsley
* Black pepper
* Olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325
2. Start off by making your injection marinade with lemon juice ,orange juice and champagne.
3. Grate one cloves of garlic. Add black pepper, onion powder,garlic powder, ground thyme ,and Montreal seasoning.
4. Inject this into the turkey working both sides in the same places.
5. Put your onions,carrots,herbs,celery,oranges, and lemon grass into the cavity of the turkey.
6. Pour champagne in cavity of turkey and along the sides as well as over the top.
7. Have your butter sit out to get to room temperature and mix in chopped parsley, and grate one cloves of garlic into it. Mix it well
8. Rub olive oil all over the turkey
9. Rub the butter mixture all over the turkey.
10. Bake turkey for total of 2 1/2 hours. Baste the turkey every hour.
Drain the turkey drippings into a pot and allow to come to a boil. Whisk In slowly one up of flour. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
Taste your gravy to ensure flavor and dilute if needed.
Strain your gravy and your set.
