In oldschool runescape there are some collecters that focus on hard to obtain items. A very popular type of item is burnt food, but there are even stranger collections that that. For example newcomer maps, lit bronze fire arrows, shazien supply crates and more. These often need to be collected by hand, and arent even trad-able on the grand exchange.
