Initially, I started out sleeping at 2 in the morning, then slowly moving to 3 and now I'm at the stage where I am still wide awake at 5am. I do not drink anything with caffeine such as coffee nor energy drinks too. Due to this issue I'm now taking a 5-7 hours sleep in the afternoon where I started waking up at around 23:00 (11:00PM), living a "nocturne life".
I am however doing my best to slowly shift back my sleep schedule back to normal as I found myself hard to concentrate in class due to the messed up sleeping schedule & sleep deprivation. Feel free to let me know what do you think about the video too!
