Controller Chiefs operate outside any form of legitimate Government Investigations, TAC, Workers Comp, VBA, and particularly any investigation work involving children they don't want you to know that. They want you to assume they are legitimate working professionals. Nothing could be further from the truth. There are only a small number involved. The real Licensed Surveillance professionals do not become Sewing Circle Members. They are too smart, sophisticated and never out of work.
