• 675g/4.5 cups flour
• 1.5 cups water
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp dry yeast
• 75g butter
• 6 tbsp oil
• green onions
• parsley
• dill
METHOD
Knead the dough, let rise.
Chop onion, parsley and dill.
Divide the dough into portions and form balls.
Roll out the cake and grease with butter. Pour a mix of herbs onto the cake and form a roll.
Fry in oil.
