BLIZZARD To Release WoW TOKEN for CLASSIC WoW in CHINA!!

Blizzard have announced to the Chinese WoW player base that they will be releasing the WoW Token (the 30 day game time token) to Classic WoW to either be used or sold for gold. Does that mean though that the West won't be far behind?
