Yesu alizidi kuwaambia wanafunzi Wake kuhusu hitaji la Roho Mtakatifu ili waweze kubadilishwa kuwa na tabia yake na kutekeleza utume Wake (Yohana 16:7; Matendo 1:4, 8). Sharti la kupokea Roho Mtakatifu ni la kwetu kuomba na kuwa tayari kumpokea (Luka 11:9-13). Leo, hitaji letu kubwa ni la ubatizo/ujazo wa kila siku wa Roho Mtakatifu wakati tunabadilishwa kuwa na mfano wake, na kutekeleza utume mkuu ambao upo mbele Yetu (Yohana 14:26).

Jesus kept telling His disciples of the Need of the Holy Spirit in order to be transformed into His character and also accomplish His mission (John 16:7; Acts 1:4, 8). A condition for receiving the Holy Spirit is for us to ask and be willing to receive (Luke 11:9-13). Today, our greatest need is the daily baptism/filling of the Holy Spirit as we are being transformed to His likeness, and fulfilling the great task that is ahead of us (John 14:26).
