What Are the Advantages to a Medicare Set-Aside (MSA)?

In addition to taking control of your medical care, a Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) will provide lifetime medical care. While there are certain requirements to administering a MSA, you now will no longer fall under a workers' compensation system.
