This is a great combo selfie stick and tripod. I like it a lot and use it frequently due to the small size (when retracted), and the flexibility of using it as a sturdy tripod when I need some help with holding the camera. The frame is made of light weight aluminum, but it is very secure. Part of the reason it feels so solid are due to the rubberized feet on each corder. They are contoured in a way that makes it sturdy at any angle. If you look under the attachment points of the 3 feet, you'll see they are reinforced with metal rods underneath. Adjusting the height is very straight forward - you just unlock any of the flip locks, set the height you want, then lock it up again. The best feature is the ability to angle the phone to the left or the right so you can switch between landscape or portrait mode. It also lets you adjust the tilt angle when you do that! The spot where your phone goes in is padded. Should you decide to attach your 1/4" accessories, there is also padding there to protect your gear. Overall, a solid selfie stick tripod with multiple uses. I really like it and can recommend it to other photo/video enthusiasts. Find it on Amazon (affiliate):
