In-game name: "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny Astray BGM02" Theme of the actual usable pilot from Destiny Astray. Testament is just a cooler Out Frame D too (granted, Out Frame was a Testament frame repurposed for a civilian).
They're keeping the tradition of taking manga/novel-only series and giving them music way more awesome than it needs to be. See you in 2040, where this, Hixar's theme, Argi's theme, and many others get even crazier remixes when they show up in the Versus series.
