Everton caught us cold with a goal inside the first minute, Dominic Calvert-Lewin acrobatically steering the ball past Bernd Leno after we failed to deal with Gylfi Sigurdsson's free-kick.
It took us time to get going but Bukayo Saka came on to give us some impetus and it was his cross that was expertly guided into the corner by Eddie Nketiah - his first Premier League goal at the Emirates.
Aubameyang fired us ahead shortly afterwards, confidently finding the corner after his excellent run was picked out by David Luiz's fine through-ball.
But we were pegged back just before the break, shipping a scrappy equaliser when Sigurdsson's mis-hit shot bounced up off the turf and was flicked on to Richarlison, who bundled the ball past Leno.
Our winner came with the first attack of the second half, Aubameyang heading in Nicolas Pepe's right-wing cross with Everton dozing at the back.
The visitors didn't lie down, and Leno was forced into a wonderful save to deny Richarlison from point-blank range. Calvert-Lewin was a menace too, and headed just wide in stoppage time.
But we had our chances too - Nketiah crashing a shot against the crossbar in the latter stages. Ultimately we clung on, and those wins are starting to rack up.
