Case Decision: Lexington Law (credit repair firm) verdict in favor of debt collector is overturned

Interesting decision from the trial judge (federal court) in the case where these debt collectors sued a credit repair firm (Lexington Law) claiming fraud.

They received a several million dollar verdict but the federal judge ruled that it never should have gone to the jury and overturned the verdict.

This may be appealed so we'll keep an eye on this.
