Many people ask us: "what are the must-haves in good bathroom design today?" In answer, we're not talking about style or trend so much as the "amenities" that really matter to homeowners. And in the shower: your choice of shower head (rain heads and hand-helds are very popular), a thermostatic shower valve (to avoid those sneaky cold zaps when a toilet is flushed or, worse, a scald!), shelves or niches for "stuff", a seat (for comfort while shaving, or simply for safety while bathing), and last but not least, an attractive drain! Ok, so that last one is a little "extra", but very much desired these days - think linear drains, or like this one - a square shape that almost disappears in the expertly laid tile design!
