ADVANCED PUSHUP VARIATION- STABILITY BALL PUSH-UP ⚠️ADVANCED PUSHUP VARIATION⚠️

☝🏼For people who are not as experienced/ are new to working out, I typically am not a huge fan of the stability ball because I feel like it’s incredibly fluffy, and can cause more damage then benefit if done incorrectly.

👍🏼However, for people like myself and many of you who have been at it for years, doing these stability ball pushups for the are a great way to increase tension in the pecs while developing shoulder and core stability.

👉🏼So again, I want to be clear by saying, this is not a movement I would recommend for most. Many of you can focus on mastering the standard push, but for those of us who are feeling ambitious, try 3 sets of 10 after your chest day
