People that see their pain as the problem think this way. REMEMBER, what CAUSING the pain is the problem!!!!
This line of thinking can be extremely bad for your health, and is the reason a small problem, becomes a big problem.
Yes, you may see the pain come and go, but over time you will most likely see a higher frequency between episodes, and a higher intensity when it does flare up.
