A boat roof build can be tricky because there is curves/shapes that has to be considered, the prescored Divinycell foam is just prefect for the shaping. But to get the foamcore to be steady you need to fill the scoorings with thickend polyester resin, using filler 51 from Nils Malmgren that i buy from www.epoxi.online. In this video you can also find out how you laminate with 300gram biaxial fiberglass cloth with polyester resin.
This do it yourself repair of the doghouse roof for my Albin 30 is in a phase where we prepair the corematerial for the laying of mutiple layers of fiberglass later on.
The goal is to have the roof ready for the spring when it can hopefully be mounted back on Boat McRill.
