I used the new Premier "Spun Colors" Yarn this is a (4) Medium weight yarn. 419 yds / 384m / 7 ozs/ 200 gm / per cake of yarn.
You will need one cake for the project. If you would like to make it longer or add fringe then you will need 2 cakes of yarn.
Scarf measures 7 x 61 inches long. Cowl measures 7 x 26 1/2 inches. You will also need a size I-9 (5.5 mm) crochet hook.
