[Weather] Big freeze, keep heavier jackets close by

Good morning. Keep your heavier jackets close by for any outdoor activities. It's shaping up to be the coldest day of winter season so far, with cold wave advisories in place. We will have to brace for fierce cold as temperatures will stay on the negative side all day.
Seoul will top out at just minus 2 degrees this afternoon. Daily highs will be 4 to 7 degrees lower than Wednesday in most regions, but we will have clear skies. Meanwhile, Jeolla-do Province and mountainous regions on Jeju will see snow flurries later today.
The outlook is cold for one more night before rebounding from this weekend. In fact, brace for bone chilling temperatures tomorrow morning at minus 9 degrees in Seoul.
This winter is forecast to be a 'moderate one' according to the weather agency with an average amount of snow and a few days of really cold weather.
