Welcome to the Traditional Barre series. You will target all your problem areas with traditional barre exercises that are tried and proven to give results. There are workouts for all the major muscle groups with some cardio factor to torch calories and a big burn! They require very little space and are highly effective, giving maximum results in minimum time.
In Traditional Barre Large Range you will use larger range of motion movements to work your muscles and keep your mind engaged. You will start with a wide plie combination using flowing arms to increase the heart rate. Then move to a side lunge and reach series before starting a fun ballet inspired combination of plie, passe and calf raises. Next comes a lunge to inner thigh pull in then lunge to raise combination, which turns into an arabesque glute raise series.Finish with some leg sweeps to get rid of any lactic acid build up.
