Stop-and-go scheme in place for SEA games | Dateline Philippines

Traffic situation is still normal at the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) ahead of the opening ceremonies of the 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games.

A stop-and-go scheme is also being implemented to prioritize SEA games vehicle convoys.
