T'puram: Inquest of Ratheesh Kumar (19) from Neyyattinkara, a first year civil engineering student who was found dead in the bathroom of College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET), will take place shortly. Relatives demanded that the Inquest should be held in the presence of the RDO.
