A Singapore judge has raised serious doubt about the integrity of two opposition party members in his ruling of a civil suit, which found them liable for damages suffered by a town council. Workers' Party chairman Sylvia Lim and senior member Low Thia Khiang were found to have breached their fiduciary duties, while WP's secretary-general Pritam Singh was found to have breached duties of skill and care.
