In this video Mukesh Mohan Gupta has discussed with The Managing Director & CEO of Bombay Stock Exchange on how Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) can issue their Public Issue by way of IPO.

It is discussed that the issue expenses for public issue of SMEs will be only Rs. 50 lacs to Rs 100 lacs, whereas the issue expenses on Main Board of BSE are approx Rs. 15 crores. 

It is also discussed that even a loss making company can also get funds from BSE SME by way of Public Issue.
