I started swimming, competing when I was 14.
When I was 16 I got a world record,
I was really proud of myself when I got that medal.
I will be swimming for Australia for the Global Games in Brisbane this year.
I'm really excited with the Global Games here and this Global Games that Down Syndrome can compete.
Normally they can't compete against sort of Special Olympic type swimmers because they have low muscle tone so having their own separate section is enabling them to be part of something that's pretty special.
Working with the Down Syndrome kids is just amazing.
Taylor's quite exceptional, she's a really lovely swimmer.
I've watched her from the age of about 17 and develop her, she's now become from more a sprinter into more a middle distance, long distance swimmer.
My NDIS plan is to stay healthy.
My main goals are getting a job and travel by myself and keep on swimming 'cause that's my dream.
I like keep on swimming like Dory says "Keep on swimming."
