[Diablo 3] The Improved Whirlwind Barbarian Is Pretty Amazing at PTR

My friend at Steam has requested if I could take a look at the newly buffed Barbarian for him (not that he will play, but still ...). At the public test realm, I have worked on my good old Wrath of the Wastes barb and swapped in 3 items. With the new set bonus changes and the overall buff to Rend, my barb suddenly seems to have come alive!

PS. Missed a few buffs during the rift because I am ... rusty. My bad 😀.
