10.15.19 ADDITIONAL NEW YORK HOUSING OPEN

To apply you must PRINT and FILL out the application and return it to RUPCO property management office at: 289 Fair St., Kingston, New York 12401, EITHER BY MAIL OR IN PERSON ONLY. Faxed or emailed applications will NOT be accepted.
• Applications must be received by December 5, 2019 to be entered into the January 3, 2020 lottery. Applications received thereafter will be placed on a waiting list.
Eligibility for housing at Energy Square is determined based on household size and income requirements as follows:

All eligible applications received between October 1st 2019 and December 5th 2019 will be entered into a lottery for initial occupancy. The lottery will be drawn on January 3rd, 2020 at 9 am at 289 Fair Street and leasing will begin in March. Based on the anticipated number of applicants, some applicants drawn in the lottery will not be offered an apartment initially; those applicants will be placed on the waitlist for a future apartment in the order their lottery number was drawn. Qualified applications received after the December 5th deadline will be placed on the waitlist in chronological order, after those with lottery numbers.
